Primary Objective

Initial objective at the time of formation was to provide medical assistance in different areas for USA and India. This includes:

1. To provide direct financial assistance worldwide to the poor and needy to pay the cost of medicines and bills of hospitals and doctors. The payment may be made directly to hospitals or as a way of reimbursement of a payment made directly by the patient or relatives.

2. To motivate medical professionals to provide free or low-cost medical services to the needy.

3. Organizing free or low-cost medical service camps with the help of medical professionals.

4. Spreading message for motivating charitable contribution in the form of money, time, services and other tangible or intangible assets to help promote activities for providing free or concessional rate medical help low income and needy people around the globe through various media including social media

5. Organizing camps, seminars, webinars talks at various places to provide education relating to various diseases, its cures, and measures for prevention

6. To work jointly with other organizations like Red Cross, and WHO to organize camps for medical services or health-related education

7. Promoting research in fields of health and medicine for all different types of therapies and alternative medicines.

8. Creating charitable Medical service centers or charitable hospitals.

9. Help any nonprofit organizations who are engaged in or who are helping in furthering above objectives.

10. To carry out any activities to promote the above objectives

However, From 2014, nonprofit decided to act as a Donor advise Fund due to time constrains of time for the directors to carry out required research and carry out day to day functions to operate charitable services. So new mission thereafter is:

To provide effective platform in community to provide free services, guidance and platform for donations to various donors in America to make donation to organization of their choice

Objectives matching Donor Advisor fund:

1. Make timely grants when people need donations most

2. Allow contribution to grow in value till timely situation happens requiring giving donations.

3. Accept appreciated assets or investments providing exemption from capital gains tax from donors to help larger contribution.

4. Facilitate contribution to charity anytime not just at year end.

5. Keep track of grants and donations online to help donors review status of their donations

6. Provide Professional management of donated funds.

7. Facilitate longer time zone for holding contributions for a longer time for maximum growth matching the timeline of the donor.
